For nearly a decade, our broker has been actively involved in volunteering, helping to teach and coordinate low-cost ESOL classes for our neighbors in partnership with local non-profits dedicated to serving the community. Most of our team members also volunteer with the ESOL program. As our company continues to grow and evolve, we aim to expand and enhance our participation in community outreach and engagement.
We are green!
Our commitment to sustainability is integral to our core values. We operate as an 80% paperless office and prioritize sourcing sustainable print materials when necessary. Our efforts extend beyond paper. Here are a few ways we embrace green practices: 1. Energy-efficient computers, 2. Reusable coffee filters, 3. Composting, 4. No plastic bottles in the office, 5. Our broker drives an electric vehicle (4+years) and has solar panels. Our team is continually seeking new ways to reduce our carbon footprint!

Our company aims to pay tribute to the richness and diversity of the individuals we serve and work with. Monarch Realty's founder takes great pride in her immigrant heritage as a Mexican-American citizen, embracing and cherishing both cultures. Inspired by her dream to establish a company that celebrates multiculturalism, she chose a Mexican/American (and Canadian) butterfly as the emblem for her company, symbolizing the unity of diverse backgrounds and reflecting the essence of her own cultural identity.
Cinthya Gaxiola
Broker-Owner
Cinthya Gaxiola, the broker/owner of Monarch Realty, is dedicated to providing expert advice, professional service, and intelligent solutions to each of her customers. With over seven years of experience, she has successfully assisted customers in the sale or purchase of various property types, including new construction, condominiums, investment, multi-family, and single-family properties. Cinthya’s unwavering commitment to excellence is reflected in her outstanding 5-star rating on Zillow, underscoring the professionalism and dedication she brings to all her clients.
Born in Mexico, Cinthya moved to the United States at a young age, residing in several small agricultural communities in South Florida. She attended elementary, middle, and high school in these communities. During high school, Cinthya engaged in dual enrollment at Edison State College (now Southwestern State College), earning her Associates in Arts degree before receiving her high school diploma.
In 2014, Cinthya graduated from the University of Florida (UF) with a Bachelor of Science in Tourism, Parks and Recreation, specializing in Hospitality Management, and minoring in Business Administration. Her undergraduate years included professional internships as a program/event coordinator for the Florida Trail Association and a full rotation with Davidson Hotels and Resorts. Simultaneously, she worked part-time as an event supervisor with Centerplate (now Sodexo). While at UF, Cinthya faced challenges with rental housing options, leading her to purchase a house as a first-time buyer. Dissatisfied with the service from real estate professionals during this experience, she was inspired to pursue a career in real estate with the goal of providing a higher level of service and expertise.
As a REALTOR®, Cinthya aims to bring value to her customers by offering data-based guidance, transparency in the real estate process, and effective communication. Beyond her real estate career, she has been an active member of her community for over seven years, volunteering as an English instructor. Currently serving as the ESOL Program Director at the non-profit Community Health Equity Institute (CHEI), Cinthya coordinates free to low-cost volunteer-based English as a second language classes for adult learners in Gainesville and surrounding communities.
Passionate about sustainability and social justice, Cinthya strives to make Monarch Realty a leader in sustainable and equitable business practices in Gainesville. She approaches her professional and personal values with a holistic perspective. Outside of her roles as a professional and volunteer, Cinthya enjoys gardening, playing music (guitar/drums), and spending quality time with her family.
